The President of Iceland visits the Green Factory

President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson visited the ORF Genetics Green Factory March 5th. He was greeted by the staff who gave him a tour of the factory and showed him how the barley is grown on hydroponic conveyor belts, harvested, and then sent to the labs for protein purification. The president gave himself time with the staff in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
